AICTE (All India council for Technical education) AICTE has been appointed 9th National MOOCs Coordinator (NC) vide MHRD vide letter No.8-26/2014-TEL, dated 02.08.2017 for all courses that do not fall in the purview of any of the existing NCs including foreign university courses. Terms and Reference (TOR) for appointment of AICTE as NC are governed by MHRD’s Order No.8-26/2014-TEL, dated 9th March, 2016.
